Our journey started in classrooms, where we experienced the transformative power of education firsthand. As former teachers and administrators, we saw both the magic and the mess: students full of potential, and educators doing their best in systems that often worked against them.

 

We dreamed of something better—an organization built not just to advise, but to walk alongside schools, colleges, and communities as they create stronger pathways for students and educators alike.

 

With encouragement from mentors and partners who shared our passion, we launched Consilium to bring strategy, structure, and heart to the work of educational change.
